The World Wildlife Fund’s Global Climate & Energy Initiative marketing team is based in South Africa and engaged Unwembi to assist in refining their web presence and to establish a focused social media presence.
Unwembi developed the Social Media Strategy in support of the various programs and brands with the GCEI. Unwembi became part of the global IT team providing round the clock content upload, social media management and general support for the duration of the contract.
Being an important large global customer, WWF CGEI expected round the clock service to support their global meeting and press schedule. Unwembi provided a dedicated team consisting of a project manager, content creator, social media manager and web developer to provide this service.
Unwembi also took over the management of their internal newsletter and daily internal correspondence using paper. li as the distribution agent.
Each month, for the length of the project, we compiled a Google Analytics 100+ page detailed Reports and Executive Summary Power Point Presentations for management including compiling and analysing of resulting statistics.
